Senior Program Manager:
- 5 Yrs. ERP Program, Or Project Management Experience, Preferably with global 500 companies
- 5 Yrs. Experience Leading multi-million dollar engagements
- 3 Yrs. Managing PeopleSoft (FSCM or HCM) Engagements in a Leadership role
- 3 Yrs. Experience Implementing/Managing Strong Project Governance Best Practices
- Program & Project Management Certification, the likes of PMI, ITIL, Others

Business Analyst – PeopleSoft (Functional Analyst):
- 5 Yrs. PeopleSoft Financials Design, Conference Room Piloting, Setup/Configuration, Preferably with global 500 companies
- 5 Yrs. Experience in Functional Testing of PeopleSoft Financials – atleast 3 of the modules: GL, AP, BI, AR, Projects, PO, Fixed Assets
- 3 Yrs. Managing PeopleSoft Financials, as module lead, interacting with CFO, Director – Finance, and Accounting & Finance Senior Managers
- Have worked on three or more successfull financials deployments, preferably with global 500 companies
